Angels Trnava Champion of InterLeague 2012
Final Tournament September 29 – 30 in Bratislava
Four teams from semifinal touraments was candidates for InterLeague Champion 2012. Countries participated in this season – Croatia, Hungary, Serbia, Slovakia, Bulgaria.
From Semifinal tournament 1 in Karlovac – Olimpija Karlovac and Apollo Bratislava.
From Semifinal tournament 2 in Trnava – Angels Trnava and NADA Split.
Angels route to Champion:
On Saturday in the first game started better players of Apollo, when they scored in the second 3-run lead. In the second part, however, the pressure created Angels, scored in the 5th, 6th and 7.th and led 7-3. Apollo, while in the 8th still essentially corrective approach to 7-5 but they could not cope and the Angels went to the finals. 2nd game between Karlovac and Nada Split was very close, after the leading Karlovac the game was tied amd in extra inning Nada Split scored and won the game.
On Sunday, Trnava went into the lead NADA, led by sixth 4-1. In the seventh, the Angels rallying but gave three points and cope. When they succeeded in the eighth pushed point has to look good. NADA failed in the eighth or two hits to get the matching point after a scoreless ninth to break pleasure Angels.
